PowerMedia XMS supports low-latency audio and video conferencing, including HD voice, high-resolution video, MCU and SFU conferencing, plus smooth integration with WebRTC applications. This makes it suitable for carrier services, contact centers, collaboration platforms, and customer-facing communications.
Transcoding, interworking, and stream processing
The platform can convert audio and video between multiple codecs, handle media interworking across different protocols, and process streams for recording, DTMF, speech integration, and video overlays. In practice, this allows one platform to bridge diverse endpoints and simplify complex media environments.
Flexible deployment and open APIs
With RESTful control, MSML, VXML, and NetAnn support, PowerMedia XMS can be integrated quickly into existing solutions.
